This is a very large and very heavy Kaso high security jeweler’s safe that we moved from a jewelry store in a mall to a new store in another mall. The safe was too tall to fit through the nearest exterior door to the store it was coming out of, so we had to plate the tile floor several hundred feet through the mall to a door it would fit through. We ran into similar problems at the mall we moved the safe too, except it wouldn’t fit through any of the doors at that mall, so we had to take the safe off of the pallet jack and place it on pipes and roll it on the pipes through three doorways, then lift it back up and put it back on the pallet jack. It was very time consuming and a relatively difficult move, however we were patient and dealt with each issue as it arose, and safely adapted our moving plan without damaging the safe or the property of either mall.
